We assign project start dates on a rolling schedule based on availability and booking dates. (First come, first served!)
Most glow-ups take approx. 3-4 weeks after your project start date as long as we receive everything we need from you on time.
If you have a specific launch goal or deadline for your website and want to discuss this before booking, please do reach out.
We also offer a rush/priority project fee of $1200 if you need to get started immediately and remain top priority (though we can only allow a limited number of clients to hold priority status at once).

We can start as soon as you have the following:

Website copy (Copy can be supported if you do not have this.)
I also offer brand design services if you require them. There is a 15% discount on brand design services with the purchase of a Shopify design package. For details of what’s included with brand design please see the brand design services page.

Once you decide you’d like to move forward, you will receive an email with our basic (industry standard) legal agreement, with an invoice for a deposit and a calendar to schedule your desired workshop kick-off date/time.
Shortly after that, you'll receive an email with access to our project portal this is a place where we’ll share everything from timelines to access to your documents. You’ll also receive a questionnaire to complete to prepare us for our kick-off date.

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your design booking. (The deposit is deducted from your total service fee.)
50% of the payment is due before the start of your project and the remaining 50% is due in three weeks or right before project completion whichever comes first.
A payment plan is available for services totaling $4k and above. An admin fee of $150 applies to the payment plan option. 3 equal monthly payments are available with this option. -
Themes range from free to about $400. For glow-up services we only select premium themes from $300 and up. We select themes for our clients based on functionality, capabilities, support from developers and refined designs. Premium themes are chosen for long term scalability a better user experiences overall for shoppers and our clients.

All websites designed include proper foundational SEO setup. This allows Google to recognize your website and index your site on their search engine. Key word research is not part of the service.

A glow-up is perfect for stores that have been up and running for at least three months. We suggest our new store design service if you're still working on your store and haven't launched yet.
This service might not be the best fit for minor tweaks or single-page redesigns. We recommend checking out our other available services.
